Mr. Yashwant Kulkarni brings in a wealth of over 20 years of experience in business operation and implementation. He is a Graduate with core experience and capabilities in handling group operations coupled with managing multi-location teams gives him the requisite skills to set the pace at “The Kute Group” as a fast-growing group of companies. He works closely with clients to identify key requirements and set achievable milestones that ensure products are delivered on time and within budget.

Mr. Ashish Patodekar
Group Director

A versatile individual, Mr. Ashish Patodekar holds a director position in ‘The Kute Group’. He is a mechanical engineer, a good strategist, and a leader who is steering the group in the most profitable direction while implementing its vision, mission, and long-term goals. His responsibilities are developing and executing the group’s business strategies and providing strategic advice to the management team. He prepares and implements comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievements and to oversee the assets and new projects of the group.

Mr. Rajkumar Apet
Senior VP – The Kute Group

Mr. Rajkumar Apet is the Senior Vice-President of The Kute Group. With his experience and able leadership qualities, he leads the operations of all The Kute Group companies. Mr. Rajkumar Apet guides the production, and maintenance staff and motivates all employees of The Kute Group. His key responsibility areas are leading commercial activities of existing businesses, achieving strategic goals, and execution of new projects.

Mr. Rahul Dhole
VP - Account & Finance

Mr. Rahul Dhole is Vice President for Accounts & Finance at The Kute Group where he is responsible for the company’s results from a financial perspective. He handles various financial functions such as accounting, auditing, financial reporting, taxation, banking & treasury, budgeting, financial planning & analysis, compliances, and submission of financial and management reports to the senior management. Mr. Rahul Dhole is a crucial decision-maker in the financial matters of the company. He also looks after the planning, arrangement, and financing of funds. Further, the day-to-day decisions related to the disbursement and sanctioning of funds are also done under his supervision. He is an integral part in the policy-making and other decisions of the management which relate to finance.

Mr. Rahul Kathe
Asst. VP - Operations and Administration

Mr. Rahul Kathe is a post graduate in Business Administration (MBA-Finance) and Post graduate of commerce (M. Com.) with a sound experience spanning to 15+ years, and works in the capacity of Asst. Vice President for Operations and Administration at The Kute Group. He looks after the smooth operations of The Kute Group companies ensuring smooth operations are done.

Mr. Sanjay Pimpalkar
Asst. VP - Finance and Accounts

Mr. Sanjay Pimpalkar has been associated with The Kute Group as an Asst. VP for Accounts & Finance. He holds a Master of Commerce degree & has over 40+ years’ experience in Commercial and Financial Services. With both a practical and innovative approach to problem-solving, Mr. Sanjay Pimpalkar brings a range of skills and attributes to The Kute Group team. His key areas of expertise include influencing and negotiating finance, financial controlling, internal & statutory audits, cost controlling, commitment to continuous improvement, implementing tools for managing a growing business, strategically mitigating cash outflows, developing results and ensuring a value-adding methodology is maintained at all times.

Mr. Pradip Narkhede
Asst. VP - Production & Group Technical Support

Mr. Pradip Narkhede is a science graduate (chem.) with 30+ years of proven managerial experience in various industries. During his career span he handled versatile profiles and with his rich experience, he is responsible for providing crucial technical support to various manufacturing units of The Kute Group as well as to the ongoing projects.

Mr. Amol Paraskar
VP – DNY Supply Chain Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

An energetic personality and great experience in the logistics fields, Mr. Amol Paraskar had started his professional career at ‘The Kute Group’ around 13 years back and now he is Vice President of DNY Supply Chain Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Under his leadership, the customer network of DNY Supply Chain Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has expanded in many folds. Cost control and Zero major accident target were achieved by this gentleman.

Mr. Surendra Sawant
Head - Sales & Business Development

Mr. Surendra Sawant had joined ‘The Kute Group’ as a Product Development Manager and now he heads Sales & Business Development activities of our group company Tirumalla Oil Refinery Pvt. Ltd. He has more than 29 years of experience in the Materials, Sales & Marketing fields. His key responsibilities are conducting market research, generating product requirements, developing marketing strategies, product management, people management, understanding the customer, product development, requirements analysis, pricing, planning, competitive analysis, sales, and planning strategy etc.

Mr. Suryakant Dhuri
Asst. Vice President - HR

Mr. Suryakant Dhuri is a qualified HR professional and has done MBA in Human Resources and Finance. He has over 12 years of rich experience in Human Resources functioning and in-depth exposure to all facets of People Management. As an Asst. Vice President for Human Resources, he is responsible for HR activities of The Kute Group.

Mr. Amol Patil
General Manager - Production

Mr. Amol Patil carries an extensively rich experience of 22+ years and is closely associated with The Kute Group as a General Manager – Production for Tirumalla Oil Refinery. He looks after planning, production, raw material planning, project commissioning and human resource of all refineries of The Kute Group. He also monitors production planning of packing material, raw material stock monitoring, annual maintenance scheduling and strives towards increased productivity.
